Can we have the exact model number? I believe HP no longer supports that model but there were Intel and AMD zv5000s with much different hardware.

zv5030us

Intel Pentium 4 with ATI 9000 IGP graphics and Harmon Kardon speakers (SoundMax software I believe).

Neither one of the Ethernet drivers work (wired and wireless)

I also am missing a driver for a Universal Serial Bus Controller.

Thanks.

Please post the hardware ID's for the ethernet and network controllers.

To find the hardware, ID click on each device, and then click on the details tab.

Post the string of characters that begin with PCI/VEN.

You may need to install XP SP3 to get the usb controller to install, as there is no standalone driver for that.
