Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi there,

I'm working with the Elitebook 8770W Windows 7 64bit

My device manager reports missing drivers for:

PCI serial port, PCI Simple Communications Controller, USB controller and driver for "Unkwown Device"".

I already solved the driver issue for the Broadcom Bluetooth adapter.

Can you please help ? (so i can go to sleep in time tomorrow...) thx

Hi:

This driver will install both the PCI serial port & PCI Simple Communications Controller:

Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63661.exe

This driver will install the USB 3 controller:

Intel USB 3.0 Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66001-66500/sp66487.exe

There are too many devices that Windows labels as 'Unknown' for me to post the driver you need.

Please post the hardware ID for the Unknown device, so I can figure out what driver it needs.
