Recently, I placed my laptop on a slippery surface and it fell down to the ground. Now when I try to turn it on the screen display is filled with different colors, lines and cracks on the screen except for a little bit on the right side which is normal. Please help me. What part(s) do I need to fix it?

Sorry, but we are not HP Tech Support, have no way to examine your laptop, and could not possibly tell you which parts would be needed to fix it. You would have to get it examined by a repair facility to get that information.
In addition, what you did is known as "Accidental Damage" and that is specifically excluded from coverage in the HP warranty. This means that even if HP is willing to fix it (which they usually are not), they will charge you a lot of money for this.
My suggestion would be to first, see if there is a local laptop repair facility that will undertake this and get a repair estimate from them.
Then, contact the nearest HP Service Center to see if they will fix it and what they would charge.
Since you live in the U.S., here is a link to the HP Service Repair Centers:
https://www.service-center-locator.com/hp-hewlett-packard/hp-hewlett-packard-service-center.htm
If that link does not provide you sufficient information, then use the main HP link:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
I've found those links to be unreliable if you're using Win10 and the new Edge Browser; so if you are, you need to use something else, like FireFox.
Good Luck
