Pavilion 14-bk1xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

I've tried to add a ssd unit of 256 gb to my notebook Pavilion 14-bk105la (already have a HDD of 1 tb) but my notebook isn't recognizing the ssd.

1st attempt:  Corsair Force MP510 - Unidad de Estado sólido, SSD de 240 GB, NVMe PCIe 3 x4 M.2-SSD, Velocidad de Lectura hasta 3.480 MB/s  (already return)

2nd attempt: WD Blue SN550 250 GB NVMe SSD, Gen3 x4 PCIe, M.2 2280, 3D NAND , Western-Digital (still have this one)

I did everything, update BIOS, restore factory defaults, enabled/disabled Legacy, etc.

Can anyone help me with this issue? Thanks!

Why don't you check the manual before you buy a disk. The Laptop doesn't support M.2 NVMe! Only M.2 Sata drives.

They have 2 Slots.

I bought the M.2 NVMe after seeing the slot (only 1)

The manual says M.2 Sata. Look at the picture from the manual. You see 2 slots on the drive. The socket is the same.
