Hello, I replaced my 4 GB memory module with an 8 GB one. So now I have 2x8GB. But for some reason they work in single channel mode. How can I change it to dual?

Hi:

Normally you would expect that matching memory modules would allow for dual channel performance.

However in your model, the memory runs in single channel mode no matter what.

See chapter 1 of the service manual under the memory upgrade info...

Only the models with DDR4 memory can run it in dual channel mode.
