Hi apologies if this question has been asked before but ever since i upgraded my operating system from Windows 8.1 my internal Dvdrw GUBON does not work.I am aware that there is not a driver for Windows 10 but is this the reason it doesnt work and what can i do to make it work please as the Dvdrw is used a lot.Regards and thanks.

Hi:
If you are referring to the DVD drive no longer being able to play video DVDs, that is because Microsoft decided that they no longer wanted to pay the DVD codec developers for the rights to include the codecs in Windows like they did in Windows 8/8.1.
Most of us use the free VLC media player software to play video DVDs which is available from the Microsoft Store.
VLC - Download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store
That should be the only problem you would be experiencing with the optical drive after updating to W10.
