My new ENVY 15 (GeForce GTX1660 Ti model) won't charge via the Thunderbolt port.
Pre-sales support advised that it should do and the product page suggested to me that it should be possible.
I'm attempting to power it from a Dell U2520 monitor which should provide 90W of power.
Can anyone confirm whether charging via USB-C is possible for the new ENVY 15?
Thanks

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know whether you can charge the computer using the USB C port on your computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I would like to inform you that you will not be able to power the computer using the USB C port on your computer. Your computer is shipped with a 200W power supply and it requires that much of power.
Refer to the below link for the product specifications.
I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
