HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-0034
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have a HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-0034. I want to upgrade to a dedicated graphics card (particularly the Nvdia 1060), however I don't know if my system will allow for it. I'm worried that it won't have enough power since my computer only supplies 180w. Please help!

Any graphics card would in theory work, including the gtx 1060.  However, you would have to upgrade the power supply for a power-hungry card (almost all modern all ones).  The only card that might work without blowing the psu will maybe be a gt 1030, but that would be cutting it.  Power supply's arent that expensive or too hard to replace though.  For a gtx 1060, (I would actually recommend a gtx 1660, 1660 super, or 1660 ti), it would work with this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014W3EM2W/ref=twister_B085RC4C5W?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 or a cheaper one if you can find.
