Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-ch0000 IDS Base Model

No technical background here, so an extremely basic question:  

Does my Envy laptop have a USB-C port? I have not found this in the specs.  How can I tell? I am going to be adding an external HD that apparently that will need to connect with a USB-C port.   Thank you. Be kind.

Chapter 1 page 2 of the service manual indicates the model series has a USB-C port.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

Chapter 2, page 5 shows the location of the USB-C port.

 

Page 6 identifies it as illustration #3.
