ENVY Notebook - 13-d108tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

1. Trying to locate and purchase replacement battery for HP ENVY Notebook - 13-d108tu. Can anyone provide details please.

2. Battery is showing 0% charge when laptop is plugged in. Can anyone confirm that the laptop will just keep working as long as it is plugged in (i.e. operating as if it the laptop was a desktop PC)?

Any assistance will be much appreciated.

@Envy-hmmm,

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery is not getting charged.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

When was the last time the battery was working fine?

The computer will work with only the AC adapter. I recommend you update the BIOS on the computer from the below link and check whether the battery start charging.

If you continue facing the issue, then run a test on the battery following the steps in the below article.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
