Product: ENVY X360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered the HP ENVY X360 - 15-ds0205ng almost two years ago (on Otto.de) and have been using it actively since then. In the meantime, however, the battery life is too short for school and from September on for studies (full charge capacity: 40 WHr (72%) and switches off directly from approx. 15% battery). Would it be possible to have the battery changed by an official HP partner even if the warranty has expired? How much would it cost and how long would it take? 

 

P.S. I´m living in Germany
