Laptop model m6-aq105dx with SN [edited] ailed to start after a reboot. It has a known good external power supply. The power indicator does not light. The unit is dead. Upon further inspection, the unit was found to have a burned component on the motherboard near the bios battery. This unit has had minimal use. It is very upsetting that the motherboard on a premium computer would burn out after so little use. I hope to receive advise from an HP employee on this.
