Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The left hinge on my HP ENVY x360 started coming apart today out of nowhere. It's bowing the screen out in a weird way, and it's not possible to snap back in. If I try to move the screen whatsoever the front and back halves of the screen start splitting apart and bending. Thus, I cannot close my laptop, and I also can't really move it around very easily.
