so envy 360 have very thin screws plenty number of them that they are wide and thin where they set them selves free and break the monitor,and also the metal frame that connect the monitor with the key board comes as giant horse shoe and break the monitor

so far three indiviuals i know ran to this problem and we got that takes care by hp and best buy and yet the same event did happen again

we cant afford the cost of fixing this at best buy is pricy and its manufacture defect that should be at least three years

so yet look how hp still sell this producat as poor people cant highlight how much this defect is an issue
