Hello @wyndeway

I asked to focus the <fan> tests

Kind regards

I did that.  There isn't an exact listing for a fan test just Fan Thermal and Fan Speed.  I checked that and passed.   Just shut off and put on again and still same error.  Fan needs to be cleaned and I am not skilled to do that.  Just looking for help.  Nearest HP repair is 3 hours from me.

Hello @wyndeway

You can check the fan using the instructions in the --->>> Maintenance and Service Guide

Ask a friend/acquaintance/neighbor who is good with computers or technology. Either the power plug of the fan has come loose or the fan is blocked by dirt/dust.

Good luck
