Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Realice una prueba extensa del sistema porque al registrar un autodiagnóstico de almacenamiento me arrojó error. Como resultado la autocomprobación corta y larga de la unidad fue reprobada con el código MAG084-812AN1-MFPWLK-60XQ13. Igualmente se me indica cancelación en la verificación de la batería. Para este último desinstale y reinstale los controladores pero el resultado sigue siendo el mismo. Les agradecería si me pudieran ilustrar en el procedimiento a seguir para arreglar el problema.
