My laptop does not have an ethernet port so I used an ethernet to type C adapter, It was working fine for few weeks then I got a code 34 error in COM5 from PORT (com & lpt) [DEVICE MANAGER]. To solve that issue i thought I could reinstall the device so I deleted that but was unable to restore it. If somebody knows the default windows 11 file location for driver of PORT (COM & LPT) then please let me know, after that I try in many different ways many diagnostics, many reboots but i didn't get result. Now I don't know the exact problem adapter is working on other device maybe it is a Hardware problem (as I mentioned code 34). But if there is any chance that I can restore it by any method please let me know (ones it detected ethernet when I cleaned or I can say fill port with small saliva potion)
