I just recived this amazing Spectre x360 4K 13' laptop,
I bought it at US and live at Europe,
I'm searching the web for an EU adapter for the wall charger.
Is there a way to buy only the piece to replace the US piece in the same adapter?
2nd question about portable adapter- I read on forums that some laptops wont charge via 3rd party charger, will this laptop work with for an example with this one:
https://www.ravpower.com/26800mah-Type-C-external-battery-charger-black.html
Thanks
Guy.

No the 3rd party type-C chargers do not reliably work to charge HP laptops.
Yes you can get an EU wall cord to run from the brick to the wall or you can get a plug adapter at any electronics store.
Would need your exact model to give you the HP part number for the wall cable but here is an item from amazon UK which would get you by:
The adapter brick is international and can accept power input 100v to 240v and put the same power into the laptop.
If this is "the Answer" please click "Accept as Solution" to help others find it.

Any follow-up on this? I am also in need of just the brick adaptor for EU plug, as this would be a much more reliable solution than my current setup using a universal adapter with the American plug (it is very loose and unstable since it sticks out further from the wall). Cheers

Assuming your power adapter is compatible with the power voltage and frequency in the country in question (check - though most if not all laptop power adapters support the full range of mains voltage and frequency found around the world), all you need is a C5 power cable with the appropriate plug on the end. HP would rather you used one they supplied, but I believe HP only supply power cables bundled with a power adapter through retail channels. The cables are available separately from HP Parts. A good quality third party cable should work just as well as an HP supplied cable.
Be aware that there are some very low quality cables on sale that might pose a safety risk, especially if you buy cheap cables online.
For most EU countries you need a cable with a C5 connector for the power adapter end and a Schuko plug (sometimes called a CEE7 plug) for the wall end. Try typing "Schuko C5 cable" or "CEE7 C5 cable" into your favourite search engine. I would stick to cables from well-known electrical or IT suppliers, not cables of questionable provenance from eBay or Amazon Marketplaces.

Most of the well-known electrical or IT suppliers got that way by selling on eBay and amazon. Don't go for cheap...buy from the "prime" or high feedback supplier and you will be fine.
Your adapter does accept the full range of power input from the known world so yes you just need to find the cable from the brick to the wall.
This is the HP Part number:

Thank you both for the response. Although the charger on Amazon.de looks like it could have a precise fit into the HP power block and looks very nice, it isn't available in the US. However, I did find a reasonably priced 3rd party cord that should work perfectly based on your recommendations: here
Should I have any issues with this cord I will let you know, otherwise consider my problem solved! Thanks.
