I purchased a EX900 M.2 SSD and installed it in a Dell Inspiron 15 7559 running Windows 10 (64-bit).
The drive is not being recognized. Don't see it in "Disk Management" or "File Explorer".
Can't find any driver or instructions on HP website.
Please help!

Hi:
The EX900 is a NVMe drive, and according to the Crucial SSD report for your Dell notebook, it only takes SATA M.2 drives.

Interesting... this page says these SSDs are compatible with the 7550. I ordered one and it does not fit. None of these appear that they would fit in this computer. Sorry to be a bother, but I would appreciate more guidance. I don't seem to be able to find an SSD that is SATA m.2 that has the same pin configuration as shown here.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that problem.
If you look at the Crucial memory report for your notebook, it only lists SATA M.2 drives as supported.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.

As far as physically fitting, the slot is a M.2 slot, but some support only SATA drives, some support only NVMe drives, and some support both.
I think you would be better off posting on the Dell Inspiron support forum where someone who knows more about that model laptop than I do, can confirm what I originally stated was the issue...NVMe drives not compatible in your notebook.
