Hello. i am having trouble getting my egpu to work with my HP EliteBook 640 14 inch G11 Notebook. The problem is that when I connect my egpu i get two errors in the device manager, Pci-e uplink, and intel smart sound technology ble reports errors. my egpu won't boot. If I restart the computer, the computer gets stuck in boot mode with the "HP wolf security image". I've tried reinstalling Windows, I've updated the bios to the latest version, I've tried disabling all the security features I can in the bios to see if nothing is blocking or messing with the Thunderbolt mode. nothing works. I also have a Dell 13-gen laptop, and I have no problems with my egpu when I connect to that computer. my egpu is a Razer Core X and the graphics card is a Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Likewise, how do I enable advanced options in bios on a G11? Thanks in advance for your help, /Philip
