So i bought a stand which elavates my omen15 to help for better airflow and temperatures since it isnt as good when on a flat surface. I do not know though if that can damage my fans in the long term because im using them in an elevated state, instead of using them on a flat surface.

No you are fine. Elevating the rear of the laptop is a good idea and the angle will not harm the fan.
