Product: HP EliteBook 845 G7 Notebook PC
Contacted customer service and described the problem, they have no solution.
When working at the computer and somebody touches me he/she get electric shock, issue is that most of the time it is my child. Nothing is connected to it (working from battery)
Can anybody fix it within warranty? It is a bit frustrating to have elitebook and have such a serious safety issue with it.
Case number CRT [Personal Information Removed]
CS in Spain suggested to bring and they will check for payment since warranty is over, great deal to have expensive business edition unit and they cannot even open it for inspection without payment.
