Hi community,

the sound jacks at the back of my "HP ultraslim docking station USion" stopped working a couple years ago.

 

All other ports (USB, HDMI...) seem to work fine.

 

I use my laptop (EliteBook 840 G1) mostly for movies, connected to the docking station, connected to a video projector. 

I can still plug the sound jack from my external speaker system to the laptop (female) jack and this still works, but it defeats the purpose of having a docking station... 

 

Anyone with a suggestion? Thanks
