From the Manual:

DDR3 PC3-10600 1333-MHz memory Supports the following configurations:

■ 8192-MB total system memory (4096 x 2)

Specified 4 gig module:

4096-MB 599092-001

http://www.amazon.com/HP-VH641AT-4-GB-DDR3-PC3-10600/dp/B0030L3B8E/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1460303632...

Since it maxes at 8 gigs you cannot use the second kit you linked. 16 gigs is not going to work, which is normal for a 1st gen Intel Core system. G.Skill is a kind of generic brand. That memory will work, and is the same type and specs as the modules form amazon I linked.

See p. 4-16 in the manual for memory replacement instructions.
