On my laptop, the keyboard lighting does not work.
On the F11 key I have the illumination symbol and taking the keyboard apart the part number is 731179-061.
See the photos below
The illumination must be there right? Do I need to change the keyboard? Or is there any software\bios side solution?
I installed the package Hotkey support sp66562 and the screen light level buttons working (F9-F10), so I haven't an hotkey problem i think.
