Product: Elitebook 840 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

My Laptop PSU has blown (Elitebook 840 G3) on first use and I'm trying ot get a warranty replacement through my service provider.

Unfortunately none of us can find a part number for the correct supply. 

693711-001always pops up but is for the docking station supply and is common on other models but the G3 model uses a smaller jack which has a right angle on it.

 

Does anyone know the HP part number for the G3 ?  You can see a picture of the one I'm looking for on the address below but no joy finding the part number on anywhere I look on the interweb including part surfer. (and we are corporate hardware support guys - lol)  

The only mention I have found that is useful is that the 45W + 65W supplies are interchangable but I'd like a 65W one since that's what was supplied with the device.
