Product: Hp elitebook 8400p

Hello, I have a problem, my laptop does not turn on or the fans when I press the power button, the charging LED only blinks once when I connect the charger, nothing else. I'd be very gratefull if they answered me. If I have conjugation errors in the words it is because I speak Spanish but I have written with Google translator

Very likely the motherboard has died. Try starting it with the battery removed

y no podría ser otra cosa? es que ya le conseguí el cargador original y ahora el led de carca parpadea 8 veces al presionar el botón de encendido

what else could it be? Because I already tried with the battery removed and it remains the same, the only two states are: the blue charging led turns on and after a second it is alternating from light to orange, and the other state is that the charging led is on. turns orange and blinks 8 times
