HP Recommended

New update after a week using V1.19

 

Was working well for some days, then the fan started yelling again, even during a reboot.

Ran BIOS setup and changed the values to factory default silenced the fan immediately.

 

So it is definitively a BIOS problem. 

Changed BIOS now to an even older version 1.16 and the fan is quiet. Work continues....

 

It's pretty frustrating that HP ignores the problem and customers have to use an outdated BIOS version for that.
