Product: Elitebook Core i7 vPro 8th Gen
Hello! I have not been able to turn my laptop back on whether the charger is plugged in or not. When I hold the power button down for anytime longer than ten seconds, the caps lock key and the charger light both light up for about two seconds and then turn back off. How may I get it back up and working again? Thank you!

- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
