Hello,

 

My old Elitebook G1 broke. I took from the G1 laptop 1 TB 2.5" SSD and Goodram s400u 120GB m.2 SSD and installed them into the Elitebook G2 laptop. The 2.5" drive is working as expected. Unfortunately m.2, while working inside the G1 laptop, was not recognized in the G2. In the BIOS the option PCIe m.2 SSD is ticked. The m.2 drive is not the boot drive.

 

EDIT: I bought an external enclosure and the Goodram disk is working OK inside the enclosure.
