Received my ELITEBOOK x30 1040G6 model 5UN69AV Jan 28, 2020. All set up and running by Feb 3. was using the Windows Hello access recognition for sign in. Got windows updates several times then on Feb. 8th when I booted up the face recognition did not work just 2 red flashing lights. Signed in and tried to trouble shoot, found out camera is not working at all. Tried rolling back drivers , tried updating drivers, nothing has worked don't know what else to do. I can live without camera but irritated that laptop only a few days old has done this. Need Help.

Hello @gregnlou,
Is there an error code or something?
When you open Device Manager, is the camera available under Cameras?
Also just want to check, did you slide the privacy camera shutter at the top of your notebook? There should be a black slider right above your camera.
Let me know.
