My internal smart card reader (for CAC cards) is suddenly not being detected. I can't find it on the Device Manager. I tried downloading the latest drivers, but how can I apply them if the laptop doesn't even detect the reader?
Every time I boot up, the ActivClient Agent notifies me that "Card Reader Not Detected" ...
It used to work just fine ... but now nothing.
Anyone else having this issue?

It is an option. Did you buy this option ? If not you can buy item (10) on page 19 of the following manual

Regards.

Yes, I have a Smart Card Reader (on the left side side of keyboard). It was working not too long ago.
It is not being detected, and I don't know why.
Before, I would hear a chime if I inserted my CAC card.
Now, nothing ...
