I want to replace the existing hard drive in my laptop with a solid state drive. While reserching about this, i learned that i need to change the SATA Mode from IDE to AHCI Mode. I tried to find this setting in my BIOS but i was not able to find it. I would appreciate if you could help me with this.
Thanks!

Hi:

The drive controller in your notebook is already set to AHCI at the factory, and cannot be changed in the BIOS.
