Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Very disappointed to have the hinge mechanism come loose on a 2 year old laptop only used at home .

I now cannot close the laptop as I have been advised that doing so may well break the screen plus damage the connections.

Not a lot of point in having a laptop that is not mobile.
