USB-C port stopped working:
no display output to displayport monitor,
does not recognize HDMI adapter (no message in windows at all)
USB-HID devices (no message from windows at all),
does not charge (used to work although not according to specifications of this model),
if monitor with power delivery is plugged in, windows reports unspecific failure setting up USB device

This started the same day that I upgraded to Bios F.29 and I can not figure out a way to rollback the BIOS to test if that was the cause
I'm ten days past the extended 3yr care package, tough luck ... but maybe this is worth a shot,

After reading your post, I did go through the failure ID and it refers to the USB Port Failure 434. This is hardware related issue with the USB port and in order to fix this issue, your computer needs to be serviced. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
