Hi, I have a question in regards to the SSD found in the Envy 13t. I have a 128 GB version. Problem is, I found that 32 GB is used even before I installed anything. Mind, this is brand new ou of box. Is this normal?

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
I read your post about 32GB of your SSD already being used in Win10 and wanted to help.
Actually, considering that a big chunk of that is used by Win10 and by the Recovery information, that sounds about right.
You can see if there is some space to recover by using Disk Cleanup. In the search area, enter "cleanmgr" (without the quotes), and when you see Disk Cleanup appear, right-click it and select Run as administrator. You will get a popup window with a bunch of check boxes. Check them all and let it run. That will recover some of the space.
Good Luck
