Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-cn0012dx

After reading everyone else's stories with the envy's faulty design with it's hinges, I decided to **bleep** and see what could be done for this issue with my computer.  I figured that maybe they would do something to address their design flaw, which was to offer me a 20 percent off repair fee of $317.  I will be taking others advice on here and get it fixed somewhere else.  Needless to say, I will never buy another HP laptop.  Thanks HP for backing your design!
