Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

I was just using my Envy yesterday for college but today when I try to try in my password to get into my laptop the keyboard just didn't respond. The keys are all lit up but they're just not responding. I tried the BIOS  but just non of the keys are responding.

HP Recommended

Restart the computer. If there is still no response, download the keyboard driver again or update the BIOS.
