Envy Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Envy laptop has been shutting down without warning while on battery power. The battery will be sufficiently charged and it will suddenly shut completely down. It restarts once I plug it back into the AC Power. I read through a couple of threads related to this issue but was unable to find any concrete solutions. I downloaded and ran HP Diagnostics and came up with a failure on the third time running the battery check. While plugged in the battery check came back as a pass but I had to get my battery percentage down in order to check the battery by itself. That came back as a failure with failure ID RLTQ2C-8BA9PS-MFPX6K-C08R13. I'm not sure where to go from here. Buy a new battery? Accept that my laptop is no longer mobile?
