Envy x360 13
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I updated Bios to F.31 on my Envy X360 13 with Ryzen5 CPU and got some serious problems. Firstly, SSD transfer mode downgraded to PCIe 1.0 x4, from original PCIe 3.0 x4. Secondly, available memory reduced to 6Gb as GPU get more shared memory than previous version F.21.

I tried to rollback Bios and found an option on Hardware Diagnostics UEFI, but proccess stoped in an error "unable to open bios signature file". It seems rollback function is prohibited.

I wonder is there an new version on the way to solve above problems. Or how can I rollback Bios to previous version?

Thanks in advanced!

I have looked at other posts about wrong bios versions in the driver's section. Can you provide the right version, please?

I basically updated my bios to f.31 and it screwed up a lot. Can't do a windows+b trick or get flashing caps lock. windows +v gives me CMOS error and resets bios. I made USB 4 in 1 key from this site and it won't work either. I basically need a miracle or a way to flash bios too old version using a working method.

That bios version is what screwed up everything.

Days ago, Windows Update pushed an update then the bios version upgraded to f32 but nothing changed.
