I saw People owning Hp Pavilion x360 having this problem but I am using Hp Envy x360 and it's not even one year . I bought this laptop in November 2020 and yesterday, first my screen started to bleed from bottom right corner (as every other Hp laptop) then the next thing u saw was the screen was popping out. Since the laptop is still new I usually handle it with very care and I didn't drop it or anything .When I contacted the support assistant they are saying it's a wear and tear issue and that I must have applied some pressure on the screen which is all BS . Nothing happened to the laptop and since Everyone's screen is popping out from bottom right corner it's clear this is manufacturing defect from HP's side which they are not ready to confess and instead they are charging us for the repairing cost. This is highly disappointing and I will not give HP any money . I will take strict action against HP and file a case . So if anyone from India is reading this and has the same problem pls contact me so that we all can file a case in consumer case.

Hi@Yashvi1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Apologies for all the inconvenience

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the Display poping-out assembly and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.  HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance. Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution
