HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15z-ee000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 11

Purchased this X360 in April of 2021 at a cost of just north of $2k. I bought it for the components it had plus the aesthetic look of the unit. Now, two years later, the battery dies on it. I purchased a new battery and followed the instructions to install it. The battery and laptop worked as it should for one day and now, I have the same problem again. I am disappointed with the build quality of such an expensive unit. It should last a lot longer than two years. I stayed away from HP products over the years and now I realize I wise a lot wiser back then. My wife has a similar unit and it looks like we will be dropping some more funds on possibly Lenovo or Asus next time. HP is terrible at product support, but I am guessing the other companies probably are not much better. My hope is this message gets across so other individuals don't make the same mistakes we have made.

Thank-you for all your help, but since this unit is off warranty, I am not shelling out more of my hard-earned funds to repair this unit only to have it die again in two years. I have a six year-old Lenovo Flipbook, still running six hours on battery, and half the cost, which this unit was to replace, to take over for this unit. I have spent north of $3k on HP laptops, plus $75 for a new battery, and that will be the last dime I donate to this company.

Once again, thanks for your assistance.
