Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bp012dx

How does one get their HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bp012dx hinges fixed on the screen/cover? This is a know issue with Envy laptops. i am aware that there is a lawsuit pending with HP because of this issue. My laptop is out of warranty and I am wondering if I can still get it fixed.
