Microsoft Windows 11

Integrated webcam on Envy 13 not working. Device available in device manager as "PC Camera". Try reinstalling drivers, uninstalling, checked privacy. LED on screen come on but image always blank. Kill switch working ok. Failed on Windows 10, and now moved to windows 11 with the same issue. Anyone have any ideas? Hardware failure?

Thanks for the reply. The model number is 13-aq0502sa. I bought it in 2018. No lens cover, only a kill switch which is working fine. I did notice that in the driver log it mentioned something along the lines of the driver needs further initialisation - or something similar. Obviously I have uninstalled, reinstalled, updated and everything else I can think of.  Even updated the BIOS. This is definitely not a Windows 11 issue as I installed Windows 11 in an attempt to try and resolve the issue. If not for the driver initialisation point I would think this is hardware?
