Product: Envy 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have all HP products, laptop, laser printer, monitor.  I am not happy with the Envy laptop.  The battery overheated and the laptop housing opened up and now the laptop will no longer work.  It is about 21/2 years old.  It looks like this is a defect in the battery.  Does anyone know about any type of recall or replacement program?
