Microsoft Windows 11

I have my Envy laptop for 4 years now and I started to notice a year ago, that the back panel would pop open every time I opened my computer. It didn't matter if I tried to open it as slowly and careful or if I just opened it normally. At the beginning it wouldn't matter too much because it was a small opening and I could close the gap after closing my computer. But NOW, Its a huge gap I have to close and its ridiculous.

It was such an expensive computer, and I took care of it as a baby because I know it wasn't cheap. I've read in other websites that this model had design issues with the back panel material being plastic for such a heavy computer and not having enough nails to keep the back panel closed.

I just want to know how I could fix this issue because I cant afford another computer right now and all my work is there. Thanks in advance.

It's the hinges. The laptop needs to be carefully examined to determine what parts in addition to the hinges need to be replaced.
