HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-eu0000 (267R8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello Community!

I´ve had my Envy x360 for just about 4 months now and it seems to be falling apart on me.

Here´s a list of issues I am experiencing:

- screen black outs at random

- failure to connect to wifi networks

- failure to even identify any wifi networks

- 1 of 2 hinges is coming lose and appears to be falling off soon

- power supply socket is coming lose, i can shift the plug and socket within the notebook´s body

All of this has turned up withing only a few months and in absolutely tender care and usage.

I usually use it when lounging or at a desk. It hasn´t even travelled much with me and has never experienced any drops or hits of any sort.

Needless to say, I´m quite disappointed.

Maybe I hit a bad unit?
Is this something others experience as well?

Cheers
