Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hiya, I'm having trouble finding the latest BIOS update as mine is currently corrupted and needs a new BIOS flash. I can't get into windows at all (it randomly shuts off just before windows can load the welcome screen). Can anyone help me find the latest BIOS update to download? The support page for the 15-cn1000na has no downloads at all, all the dropdowns are empty same for all other iterations of the laptop... Thank you! Lily K. ❤️
