HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-fe0000 (77X86AV)

I am writing regarding my HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop (Model: 15-fe0053dx, Serial No: CND33010T5), which has developed a motherboard/panel board failure shortly after the warranty period expired.

The laptop suddenly stopped powering on, and the HP Service Center diagnosed that the panel board/motherboard needs replacement, with an estimated cost of approximately $400. This cost is nearly equivalent to the price of a new laptop, which is very disappointing for a premium HP product that is only about 1.5 years old and has been carefully used.

Despite being out of warranty, I sincerely request HP to consider this case, as this appears to be an early hardware failure rather than normal wear and tear.

Product Details (for my device):
• Model Name: HP Envy x360 15-fe0053dx

  • Model Number : 7H9Y3UA#ABA
  • SKU: 6535818
    • Serial No.:Edited
