Just experienced the left hinge popping and pulling away from the top cover, now can't close it.  In doing some research, I see that this is not uncommon for the Envy x360, and there's even a class action lawsuit in process for this particular issue on these machines due to known design flaw.  Is HP acknowledging and supporting this issue?  Laptop is less than 2 years old.  Feeling very burnt from this purchase.
